The safety and comfort of our guests and associates remains our top priority at Hotel Indigo New Orleans Garden District. While cleanliness and safety have always been at a high standard with IHG Way of Clean, the program is now being expanded with additional COVID-19 protocol and best practices.

 IHG Way of Clean already includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and going forward, guests can expect to see evolved procedures throughout the hotel, including:

  • Reception: Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitizer stations, sanitized key-cards & paperless check-out
  • Public Spaces and Facilities: Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing & ‘last cleaned’ charts
  • Guest Room: Reduction of in-room furnishings/high-touch items, new laundry protocols & the addition of in-room IHG Clean Promise cards with cleaning procedures
  • Food & Beverage: Temporarily only offering individually packaged Grab & Go items in our onsite restaurant
